Regardian provides an AI-powered governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform and related consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Regardian in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
